# Memory Flash — Terms of Use

* 60 Sec
* Hardcore
* Daily
Game modes, features, gameplay mechanics, content, visuals, and other functionality may be updated, modified, replaced, or removed over time.
## 2. Acceptable Use
Memory Flash is provided for personal and lawful use.
You must not:
* Misuse the App.
* Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the App.
* Attempt unauthorized access to the App's source code or technical systems.
* Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools.
* Interfere with normal gameplay or application functionality.
* Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs for unauthorized purposes.
* Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the App without appropriate authorization.
## 3. No Account Required
Memory Flash does not require an account or sign-in.
You are not required to provide your name, email address, telephone number, username, or password to use the core functionality of the App.
## 4. Game Data
Memory Flash may store gameplay information locally on your device.
This may include:
* Scores
* High scores
* Levels
* Accuracy
* Reaction times
* Combo information
* Game modes
* Total games played
* Last played information
* Daily streaks
* Gameplay statistics
* In-game memory profile information
* Sound preferences

* Local leaderboard information
These data are used to provide and improve the gameplay experience.
The core gameplay data described above is not maintained as a centralized user account by Venizo Labs.

Venizo Labs does not receive or store your credit card number, bank account details, card security code, or other direct payment credentials.
Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, currency, and other transaction conditions may vary by country and App Store region.
## 7. Restore Purchases
Where supported, previously purchased non-consumable products may be restored through the App's Restore Purchases functionality and Apple's StoreKit infrastructure.
## 8. Premium Content
A Premium purchase may unlock additional features within Memory Flash.
The exact features included in a Premium purchase are determined by the product description available in the App at the time of purchase.
## 9. Remove Ads
Remove Ads may disable certain advertisements displayed within Memory Flash.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
## 10. Gameplay Insights
Memory Flash may generate in-game statistics or a gameplay-based memory profile using information such as reaction time, accuracy, and gameplay performance.
These features are provided solely for entertainment and gameplay purposes.
They are not:
* Medical assessments;
* Clinical assessments;
* Psychological assessments;
* Diagnostic tools;
* Health services;
* Medical advice.
## 11. Intellectual Property
Memory Flash, including its software, user interface, graphics, animations, audio, text, branding, logos, game content, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by Venizo Labs, Venizo Games, or applicable licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit these materials without appropriate authorization.
## 12. Third-Party Services
Memory Flash may use third-party services, including:
* Apple App Store
* Apple StoreKit
* Google AdMob
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Venizo Labs does not control the independent practices of third-party service providers.
