Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Venizo Labs as data controller within the scope described below. For anything related to your application, you can contact us at info@venizolabs.com.

Personal data we process

During candidate processes we may process identity (name, surname), contact (email, phone, address), CV and application content, professional experience and education, reference information and other information you share during your application.

Collection methods and legal basis

Your personal data is collected through application forms, email, career platforms and interviews, in electronic or physical form. It is processed on the legal bases of establishing or performing a contract, complying with our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests.

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to receive and evaluate applications, identify suitable positions, communicate with candidates, carry out recruitment processes and fulfil legal obligations.

Data transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to competent public institutions where required by law, and to providers we use to run recruitment processes, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the KVKK.

Retention period

Your personal data is kept for as long as required for the purposes of processing and in line with the periods set by applicable law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, to learn the third parties to whom it is transferred, and to claim compensation for damages.

You can submit requests regarding the rights above to info@venizolabs.com or in writing to our company address. Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the request.
