How PopPals handles your data.

Last updated: October 2026

PopPals is developed by Venizo Labs. This page explains how the app handles your data.

Data we collect PopPals does not ask for or collect personal data such as your name, e-mail address, location, contacts or photos. Your game progress (level, stars and lives) is stored only on your device.

Data stored on your device Your level progress, stars, lives and sound, music and haptics preferences are stored only on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your private iCloud key-value storage so progress can sync between your devices. You can delete local data at any time via Settings -> "Reset Progress" or by deleting the app.

Advertising The app shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads served by Google AdMob and its partners. Ads may process information about your device (for example approximate location, language, device model and app interactions) to show more relevant ads. Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown consent options that can be changed at any time under Settings -> "Privacy Options". If you decline App Tracking Transparency permission, ads are not personalised and the game works exactly the same.

Third parties Google AdMob (advertising), Apple Game Center (your total star count is submitted only if you open the leaderboard) and Apple StoreKit (for in-app purchases; payment is handled by Apple). These providers have their own privacy policies.

Children's privacy The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available in the app.
