By downloading or using PopPals you agree to the following terms.

License Nihat Mican / Venizo Labs grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use PopPals for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions You may not reverse engineer, copy and redistribute, modify or resell the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Ads and purchases The app displays ads served by third-party advertising networks; ad content belongs to third parties and Venizo Labs is not responsible for it. Using software that blocks ads may violate Apple's Terms of Service. In-app purchases such as "Refill Lives" and "Remove Ads" are processed through Apple StoreKit and are subject to Apple's own terms. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. "Remove Ads" is a one-time, lifetime purchase; it does not disable optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game lives.

Virtual items Lives, stars and levels have in-game value only and cannot be exchanged for real money or any other value.

Limitation of liability The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from its use.

Changes We may update these terms and the app. The current version is always available in the app and on this page.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
