How DosePocket handles your data.

Last updated: October 2026

This page explains how DosePocket handles your data.

Data we collect DosePocket does not collect personal data. There is no account, no advertising SDK and no analytics or tracking SDK. Medication names, schedules, dose history and stock values are stored locally on your device.

iCloud backup If you enable iCloud backup, your data is written to your own private iCloud container through Apple's CloudKit. Venizo Labs cannot read it. You can disable backup at any time in the app.

Export and import You may export a JSON file with your data. The file is created on your device and shared only through the destination you choose.

Caregiver messages If you use the caregiver alert, the app prepares a message and opens your messaging app. The message is sent by you, through that app; DosePocket does not transmit it to a server of ours.

Notifications Reminders are scheduled locally using Apple's notification system. No notification content is sent to Venizo Labs.

Children DosePocket is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Your choices You can delete individual records or all data from Settings. Uninstalling the app removes local data.
