Minde review: a calm productivity app for tasks and focus

Minde is a productivity app with a narrow, useful promise: help you decide what to do today, then help you focus on it. There is no chat assistant and no attempt to automate your thinking. The design is calm, and that is the point.

Tasks without ceremony

You can create daily tasks, put them in categories, set priorities and mark progress as you finish them. The list is the primary screen, not a dashboard of metrics. For people who find most task managers exhausting, that restraint is welcome.

A planner with four buckets

Tasks move between Today, Tomorrow, This Week and Unscheduled. The four buckets are simple enough to learn in a minute:

- Today is the only list that matters during the day.
- Tomorrow is where you park what can wait one sleep.
- This Week holds work that needs a slot but not today.
- Unscheduled is a safe place for ideas that are not ready to be planned.

Moving a task is a single action, so replanning does not feel like punishment.

Pomodoro focus

Minde includes a Pomodoro timer. Set a work interval and a break interval, start a session and let the timer mark the boundary between focused work and rest. The app tracks your focus sessions so you can see whether the habit is actually forming.

Design and privacy

The interface has dark and light themes and supports Turkish and English. Minde keeps as much productivity data on your device as possible, in line with the product's privacy-focused approach. It is not a collaborative workspace, so there are no shared boards or team chat.

Who it is for

Minde fits students, freelancers and anyone who wants a daily list, a weekly plan and a focus timer in one place without a subscription-driven productivity system. If you need kanban boards, time tracking for a team or automatic scheduling, look for a larger tool.

Try Minde or start with the setup guide.
