Warrivo review: a privacy-first warranty tracker

Warrivo review: a privacy-first warranty tracker

Warranties are easy to lose track of because the proof lives in three places: the receipt, the box and an email you may never open again. Warrivo puts those pieces into one record for each product.

What Warrivo stores

For every item you can keep:

- Purchase date and price
- Warranty expiry date
- Serial number
- Receipt photos and documents
- Notes and product photos
- Return window and service history

The point is not to collect data for its own sake. It is to answer a simple question quickly: is this still covered?

Reminders before the deadline

Warrivo can remind you before a warranty or return window expires. That matters because the end of a warranty is exactly when a receipt is hardest to find. A reminder while the product is still in daily use is more useful than a folder of PDFs nobody opens.

Service history

When something is repaired, you can record the service date, the provider, notes and documents. If the same fault returns, you have a history rather than a vague memory. That history is also useful when you sell the item.

Privacy

Warrivo keeps product records, documents and reminders locally on your device. There is no account, no cloud requirement and no third-party tracking in the app's design. As with any local-first app, you should include it in your device backup.

What it does not do

Warrivo is not a shopping assistant, a price tracker or an insurance broker. It does not file a claim for you. It keeps the information you need in one place so that when something breaks, you spend your time on the repair rather than on searching for paperwork.

Who it is for

Anyone who owns electronics, appliances, tools or furniture with a warranty will get value from it. It is especially useful for households with several devices, for people who move often and for anyone who has ever discovered a warranty expired a week earlier.

Try Warrivo or read the setup guide.
